These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name] ("PointPrep", "we") for using the PointPrep website, web app and mobile apps. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.

Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to your email secure.
• Accounts are for one person. Don't share your account or resell access.
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile.

Plans and payment

• Plans are one-time purchases that give access for a fixed period (for example 91, 182 or 365 days). They don't renew automatically.
• If you buy a plan while one is active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
• Prices are shown in Ghana cedis (GHS) and payments are processed by Paystack.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, scrape, publish or redistribute questions or other content, try to break or overload the service, or access other people's accounts.

Content

Questions, explanations and other materials belong to PointPrep or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal study only. PointPrep is a study aid: we work to keep content accurate but don't guarantee exam results, and content isn't professional or medical advice.

Suspension and termination
